Zajil — Certificates & Invitations Platform

Overview

Issuing participation certificates and invitations for hundreds of attendees meant typing names one by one, then printing and handing them out or sending them by hand. We built Zajil to run the whole cycle in one platform — registration form → invitation → certificate — with a QR code on every certificate that anyone can verify on a public page under the issuer's name.

Challenges

• Typing attendee names onto certificates by hand, one at a time
• Costly, slow printing and paper distribution of certificates and invitations
• Scattered manual sending over WhatsApp and email with no view of what arrived or failed
• Certificates that are easy to forge and impossible to verify

Solutions

• ✓An editor that places smart tags like <<Name>> and <<Date>> plus a QR code over the organization's own design (image or PDF) — every tag becomes a column in the recipients table
• ✓Add recipients by hand, paste from Excel, upload an Excel/CSV file, or pull them straight from a Zajil registration form
• ✓Automatic, one-by-one delivery over WhatsApp (official Meta API or QR pairing) and email, as a link or a PDF attachment
• ✓A QR code on every certificate opens a public verification page — who issued it, to whom and when — with PDF download
• ✓Live status for every recipient; pause or resume a batch, and resend failures in one click
• ✓Team accounts with roles (owner · admin · member) sharing one plan, credit balance, forms and designs
• ✓17 certificate fonts, 14 of them Arabic, tested for pixel-accurate PDF output
• ✓Eliminates printed certificates and invitations entirely, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals
